Icom IC-740 (IC 740 IC740) enable TX on WARC bands

Original, the IC-740 is not able to transmit on 12 and 17 m band.

Just make the following steps :

  1. In the RF Board. located to left side, cut jumper located between D31 and "C" wire.

  2. Reassemble the radio.

It's ready to TX on 17m and 12m bands.
