The following is the information for improvement of the PA driver for IC-703

Symptom:

No RF power output

Causes:

The driver transistor (RD01MUS1) on the PA stage will be damaged when the transceiver is used in a high temperature environment.

Procedure of this improvement:

For solution of this problem, we have reduced the current drain of the circuit on the PA stage.
