Only about 3 weeks after publishing my "DG2IAQ Modification Sheet for the FT-897" I've just finished another must-have-modification.

As you can see at the enclosed sheet the behaviour of the stock flickering FM squelch will be fixed.

...and my monitoring FT-897 on our local 2m frequency is still quiet while I'm writing this, hihi....
