In all mods I had Oscillatations in the UHF amplifier depending on the temperatur and excitation of the unit. I found havy spikes on the keying line (controlled by Q3506).

A further dekoplingcapacitor of 0.68µF across the line to ground stop the oscillation. (FB3506 to gnd). I tested the transceiver for a few days with different temperatur and excitation without any troubles.
