The basic process is just open lowest and highest limit of frequency.
offset 20351 94 change to 00
offset 20352 11 change to 00
offset 20358 5c change to 06
offset 20359 12 change to 27

offset 20373 12 change to 27
offset 20379 94 change to 00
offset 20380 11 change to 00
offset 20386 5c change to 06
offset 20387 12 change to 27

Now, how is it works ? can you see 94 paired with 11 --> 1194, 5c paired with 12 -->1254 and so on ?.
If you put the numbers with these series 1194, 125c, 0000, 2706
1194 hex is 4500 in decimal
125c hex is 4700 in decimal
0000 hex is of course 0 in decimal
2706 in hex is 9990 in decimal
Now you can see 4500 (450.0 in frequency) is the lowest frequency permitted for Motorola (F3 ?) and 4700 (470.0 in frequency) is the highest frequency permitted for Motorola (F3 ?).
If you change 4500 to 0000 and 4700 with 9990 it means that the limit is extended (erased ?). With this method you can change the limitation of your Motorolla RSS as your wish.
